Payment solutions

Payment routes that deliver the deposit

An operator loses revenue not on a slide about “innovation”, but on a declined card, a blocked BLIK, a payout left hanging, or a method the local customer does not use at all. We arrange the corridors: APMs, local methods and settlement. We do not take customer funds ourselves.

Alternative payment methods

Problem

International cards fall away on a local market. The player expects a transfer, a wallet or a method they know from e-commerce. The operator has two or three PSPs, but coverage does not match the splits: the deposit goes through and the payout stalls, or the other way round. Interchange cost eats the margin on small tickets.

Solution

We map methods per country and per licence. We compare wallets, transfers, open banking and local schemes for onboarding, limits, chargebacks and payout time. We assemble the routing: a primary method, a backup, and a failover rule when a provider cuts approval.

Result

A higher share of completed deposits on the local market, a shorter payout queue, and a smaller share of expensive methods where a local one is cheaper. The operator gets a method table with an owner on the provider’s side, not a generic “fintech recommendation”.

Digital assets

Crypto and stablecoins

Problem

Some operators hear from partners that “crypto will fix chargebacks and open new markets”. In practice the licence, AML and the acquiring bank may not accept it. Or they will, but only a whitelisted stablecoin with full KYC. Chaos in treasury and in reporting to the regulator shows up sooner than volume.

Solution

We check whether the jurisdiction and the licence allow crypto assets to be accepted at all. If they do, we describe the model: an on-ramp through a licensed partner, accounting, limits and a payout path back to fiat. If they do not, we say no and we do not look for a workaround.

Result

Either a deliberate, compliant channel with a partner that will pass the bank’s due diligence, or a quarter saved on a rollout the regulator would have stopped anyway. No promises of “anonymous deposits”.

Settlement

Banking solutions

Problem

The bank closes the account. The EMI cuts the MCC. Payouts to players stall because the settlement chain has no backup. The operator hears about it from support, not from monitoring. A new partner wants six months of KYC and a full set of licences that nobody has gathered in one place.

Solution

We put the due diligence pack in order: licences, UBO, AML policies, chargeback history, geography. Then we lead talks with banks and settlement institutions that actually sit in iGaming, not ones that are only “considering the vertical”. We arrange a plan B for settlement before plan A fails.

Result

A shorter path from brief to a complete KYC pack, a clear list of partners with a realistic SLA, and fewer surprises at payout. The bank or the EMI still holds the account. We are not a party to the flow of funds.
