About the firm

The operator’s side, not the provider’s

Nowy Asystent Gry is an advisory team based in Warsaw. We work for licensed iGaming companies: casinos, sportsbooks, lotteries and the groups that hold those brands. We help them decide on payments, growth channels and operations, and we stay through the rollout until the numbers move.

Mission

Fewer blind rollouts, more KPIs delivered

iGaming operators buy too many tools and too little sequence. Our mission is narrow: make the deposit, the payout and the player’s second purchase work inside the licence, not against it. We do not build a consumer brand. We do not take stakes. We do not replace a PSP.

We want the operator’s board to have one coherent map: which methods stay, which market is next, which marketing channel no longer adds up. That map can be defended in front of compliance and in front of the CFO.

Method

Constraints first, then the idea

We start with what is not allowed: jurisdiction, MCC, the list of banned methods, advertising rules, responsible gambling. Only inside that field do we look for leverage. That is why the recommendation does not fall apart on the first call with the operator’s lawyer.

Data, not anecdote

We ask for a baseline: approval, decline codes, time-to-payout, cashier conversion, CAC, method share. Without that we do not assemble a 90-day plan.

Several offers, one decision

We do not arrive with one PSP in our pocket. We set coverage, SLA and cost side by side. The choice belongs to the operator.

We stay for the rollout

A deck with no owner on the provider’s side changes nothing. We watch the kick-off, the KYC list and the moment a method actually goes live on the cashier.

The line is in the contract

We record that we do not provide payment services and we do not organise games. That protects the operator and us when a partner confuses the roles.

Skills

What we can deliver

Payments

Routing and local methods

APMs, open banking, wallets, CEE corridors, EMI and payfac assessment. We read decline codes and can say whether the problem is the BIN, 3-D Secure, or the MCC itself.

Growth

Channel unit economics

Affiliation, paid media and the welcome offer counted through to the second deposit. We know where brand bidding and the wrong geo eat the budget before CRM has time to react.

Operations

Process and licence side by side

We map registration, KYC, the cashier and the payout. We join that to responsible-gambling requirements so retention does not drift away from the terms.

Team

People from operations, not from generic decks

The team combines work on the operator side, the payment-provider side and the partner-network side. That is why we know which promises have already failed at kick-off, and which SLAs can be defended.

Payments and settlement

People who have run EMI onboarding, MCC disputes and an emergency routing switch when a bank cut a corridor on a Friday afternoon.

Growth and partners

People from affiliate programmes and paid media who counted clawback and FTD quality, instead of reporting registrations alone.

Licence and process

Support in putting due diligence packs in order, AML policies at the cashier boundary, and marketing communication rules on a regulated market.

Rules

How it is to work with us

  1. B2B only

We do not take enquiries from players. We do not run player accounts. The site is not for registration or deposits.

  2. No hidden commission from a PSP

We do not take a success fee for “switching” an operator to a particular provider. The fee comes from the contract with the operator.

  3. A refusal outside the licence

We do not advise on turnover in markets where the operator has no licence and is not applying for one. A grey zone is not a brief.

  4. A scope with a number

Every stage has a baseline, an owner on the client’s side and a review date. We do not sell “ongoing partnership” with no goal.
