Cookie policy
This page explains how the website nowyasystentgry.live uses cookies and similar mechanisms, including localStorage. Read it together with the Privacy policy.
-
What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of information stored in the browser when you visit a page. localStorage works in a similar way: the data stays on the device until you clear it or a script removes it. A cookie can be necessary for the website to work, or it can serve statistics and marketing. At Nowy Asystent Gry we do not use cookies to target players or for consumer retargeting.
-
Controller
Nowy Asystent Gry, ul. Złota 59, Złote Tarasy, 00-120 Warsaw, email [email protected], is responsible for the use of cookies on the website. Questions about a specific file or about the consent record should go to that address.
-
Necessary and optional
Necessary cookies are needed for the page to work at all: remembering the choice in the banner, keeping the form session in the browser, security. Optional cookies (analytics or marketing) require consent. On the date this policy is published the website does not deploy analytics tools or third-party advertising pixels. If that changes, we will update this point and the banner.
-
Necessary mechanisms
We treat as necessary the record of the banner decision in localStorage under the key cookie_consent, and any session cookies the server may set so the page can be delivered over HTTPS. Without that the banner would return on every refresh, and the choice “Accept” or “Close” would have no effect. We do not use these mechanisms to track behaviour on the internet outside our website.
-
Analytics and marketing cookies
We do not currently run Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel or similar scripts. We do not profile visitors for iGaming advertising aimed at consumers. If we later add optional analytics, it will appear only after consent in the banner and after a description in this policy: the name of the tool, the period, the provider.
-
The cookie_consent key
After a click on “Accept” we store the value accepted. After a click on “Close” we store the value dismissed. The value dismissed is not consent to optional cookies. The key is called cookie_consent and it lives in the browser’s localStorage, not on our server. That is why the banner does not show again on this device and in this browser until you clear the site data. The record itself does not contain a name, a company or the content of the form.
-
Retention
The cookie_consent record remains until the user deletes it or clears the browser storage. Server session cookies, if they occur, expire when the session closes or according to the hosting configuration. We do not set multi-year marketing cookies.
-
Legal basis
We use necessary cookies on the basis of legitimate interest and the rules on providing services by electronic means, to the extent required to deliver the website you asked for. Optional cookies, if they appear, will rest on consent. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn by clearing the site data or by writing to [email protected].
-
Controls in the browser
The browser lets you block cookies, delete them and inspect localStorage. Instructions are in the help for Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. Blocking all cookies may make it harder to remember the decision from the banner. We do not control your device settings and we do not bypass a block with hidden identifiers.
-
Consent banner
The banner stays at the bottom of the screen until you save a choice. It states that in the browser we store only that choice, and it links to the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy. The “Accept” button stores the value accepted. The “Close” button stores the value dismissed and is not consent to optional cookies. It works from the keyboard (Tab, Enter, space). After a decision the banner hides and does not return while cookie_consent is in localStorage. The banner text follows the language of the page you are viewing: Polish on the Polish pages and English on the pages in /en/.
-
Third parties
We do not embed players, advertising widgets or a map. On the Contact page we give an address and a link to Google Maps. Google cookies may appear only after you go to a Google page, under Google’s rules. The host may log HTTP requests in order to keep the infrastructure running. We do not use those logs for marketing. If an article contains an outbound link, the third-party site may set its own cookies after the click, and that site’s policy then applies.
-
Changing your choice
To withdraw the record, clear the site data for nowyasystentgry.live in the browser. The banner will show again. You can also write to [email protected]. We will confirm that we do not keep a copy of the cookie_consent value on our side, because the record is local.
-
Effect of refusing consent
Refusing optional cookies does not close access to the content, the form or the legal documents. The website remains a B2B information website. The only visible difference when storage is cleared is that the banner appears again. We do not use “cookie walls” that hide the content until marketing consent is given.
