B2B consulting and payments

B2B consulting and payment solutions

We partner with licensed operators and authorised companies. We help them put payments, conversion, retention and operating results in order, from market entry through to scale. This website is intended solely for company representatives. We do not run games and we do not settle deposits. We do not publish bonuses, we do not run player registration and we do not link to games.

Payment corridors as tubes of light on a dark background

What we do

Three lines, one operator goal

We work where a decision about a provider, a channel or a process hits deposits, payouts or acquisition cost directly. Below is the scope we most often open in the first quarter of a cooperation.

Payments

Payment solutions

Selecting providers, local methods and settlement corridors. We watch deposit and payout approval rates, delays and transaction cost, without selling one PSP chosen in advance.

Growth

Conversion and retention

We put a licensed operator’s marketing channels and affiliate programme in order so the budget reaches a completed registration and further activity inside the licence, not empty traffic. We count channel economics, not clicks alone.

Operations

Strategic and tactical consulting

Operations audit, entry into a new market, CRM and team cost. We put together a recommendation that can be implemented with the existing licence, stack and compliance constraints.

Cooperation

How we run a project

We do not start with slides. We start with the licence, the geography, the current providers and the numbers the operator already measures. Only then do we set the order of work.

  1. Diagnosis

We collect licence constraints, the method list, PSP declines and current KPIs. We agree what we will not touch, because a regulator or a bank contract blocks it.

  2. Corridor plan

We point to the methods, markets and partners that move approval and cost the most. We set the rollout order for 90 days, not for a year of slides.

  3. Rollout with partners

We lead the conversations with payment providers, acquiring banks or affiliate networks. The operator remains the party to the contracts. We keep scope and deadlines in check.

  4. Measurement and correction

After launch we compare approval, time-to-payout, registration conversion and the cost of a second deposit with the baseline. We correct routing or the offer if the numbers do not move.

Why us

We work from the operator’s numbers, not a provider catalogue

We sit on the operator’s side. We do not take a commission for “switching” you to a particular PSP, and we do not pretend to be a payment institution.

Independent provider selection

We compare several routes on the same corridor. The recommendation follows from coverage, payout SLA and real approval, not from a single framework agreement.

KPIs you can see in the P&L

We look at deposit approval, the share of payouts made on time, NGR after payment cost, and CAC through to the second deposit. Everything else is commentary.

Poland, CEE and cross-border corridors

We know the local methods, what the regulator expects, and the pace of bank onboarding in the region. On top of that we add routes into markets where the operator already holds a licence, or is preparing one.

A clean split of roles

We advise. Licensed providers process payments. The operator runs the games. That line is not crossed, and we write it into the contract.

Questions

Before you send a brief

A short note on what we do not do, and whom we take on. The full rules are in the terms of use and the privacy policy.

Do you provide payment services or run a casino?

No. We are not a payment institution, a settlement agent or a gambling operator. We select and organise cooperation with licensed partners. The operator remains the party to contracts with providers and with the regulator.

Who do you work for?

B2B only: operators that hold a licence or are in a documented licensing process, holding groups, and B2B platforms that supply an operator’s stack. We do not serve individual players and we do not accept their deposits.

Do you help with crypto and stablecoins?

Only where the operator’s licence and the law of the jurisdiction allow it. We do not run a crypto exchange, we do not host wallets, and we do not recommend bypassing AML requirements.

How long does a start take?

Diagnosis and a 90-day plan usually fit into two to four weeks from a complete brief. A rollout with a provider depends on that provider’s KYC and on the operator’s technical readiness, not on our presentation.

Do you implement a casino or sportsbook platform?

We do not supply a game engine, a lobby or a results feed. We can assess whether the current stack gets in the way of payments, CRM or reporting to the regulator, and point out process gaps.

Write before you change provider

The market scope, the method list and what hurts are enough: approval, payouts, CAC, or entry into a new jurisdiction. We reply to a work inbox.
