Privacy policy
The rules below describe how Nowy Asystent Gry processes data of people who use the website nowyasystentgry.live or write to us on B2B matters. The website does not serve individual players and does not accept deposits.
-
Data controller
The controller of personal data is Nowy Asystent Gry, with its seat at ul. Złota 59, Złote Tarasy, 00-120 Warsaw, Poland. For data-protection matters write to [email protected]. The controller provides advisory services to business clients only and is not a payment institution or an organiser of games of chance.
-
Scope of the data
In the contact form we collect a first name, a company name, a work email address and the content of the message, and a record that consent to processing was given. The server and the browser may also store technical data needed to display the page, such as the browser type or the approximate time of the request. We do not collect payment-card data, player identifiers or information about bets.
-
Sources of the data
The data comes directly from the person who fills in the form or writes to the contact inbox. If a company representative sends a brief on behalf of an employer, we process the data given in that correspondence as the contact details of a business client. We do not buy mailing lists and we do not profile consumer players.
-
Purposes of processing
Data from the form is used only to reply to the enquiry, to assess whether we can take on a B2B cooperation and, if a contract is concluded, to stay in contact while the advice is delivered. Technical data is used to keep the website secure and to diagnose errors. We do not use the data for behavioural advertising aimed at consumers and we do not sell data to third parties.
-
Legal bases
The basis for replying to an enquiry is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where processing is needed for steps before a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, where we reply to a person we do not yet have a contract with. Our legitimate interest is conducting B2B correspondence. The consent ticked on the form documents that you were informed about the processing. Accounting and tax duties, if they arise after a contract, rest on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
-
Recipients of the data
Data may be entrusted to hosting and email providers, who process it on our instructions in the EEA or under a mechanism consistent with the GDPR. Only people on the team who reply to enquiries have access. We do not pass data to game operators, payment providers or affiliate networks “just in case”. If, during a project, an operator points us to a specific partner for a conversation, we do that under the contract with the operator, not from data in a marketing form.
-
Retention
We keep correspondence from the form for 24 months from the last contact, unless you ask for deletion sooner and no legal duty stands in the way. If a contract is concluded, we keep billing data for the period required by tax law. The cookie-consent record in localStorage stays in your browser until you clear the site data.
-
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. Send requests to [email protected]. We reply without undue delay, and no later than the time limit that follows from the GDPR.
-
Cookies
The website may store cookies and similar mechanisms, including localStorage. The detail, the split into necessary and optional, and how to withdraw consent are described in the Cookie policy. The banner at the bottom of the page lets you save a choice. We do not make access to informational content depend on consent to optional cookies.
-
Transfers outside the EEA
We aim to process data inside the EEA. If a tool provider (for example email or a backup) uses a location outside the EEA, we apply standard contractual clauses or another mechanism from Chapter V of the GDPR. We do not transfer data to third countries in order to profile players or to sell leads.
-
Security
We limit access to the inbox and the hosting panel, we use HTTPS, and we minimise what we ask: the form does not ask for a national identification number, a document number or card data. Nobody can guarantee absolute security, but an incident that harms people’s rights will be reported under Articles 33 and 34 GDPR where that is required.
-
Children and the B2B character
The website is aimed at company representatives, not at minors and not at consumer players. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If we receive an enquiry from a person who does not represent a business client, we may refuse further correspondence and delete the message where it is not needed to defend a claim.
-
Changes to this policy
We update the policy when the scope of processing, the law or the way the website works changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest change. Continued use of the website after a new version is published means you have read the current wording. Material changes during correspondence already under way may also be described in an email reply.

Contact and a complaint to the authority
For data matters write to [email protected], Nowy Asystent Gry, ul. Złota 59, Złote Tarasy, 00-120 Warsaw. You also have the right to complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. Please contact us first.
